This was sent in from one of my visitors:
Can you tell me if Lasagna is better frozen after cooking or before, also how long
will it keep frozen before the taste changes?
I also want to tell you your link is in my opinion, the best for all Italian
cooking. I have tried many, many recipes which are now in our favorite book.
Thank you
Katherine
Hi Katherine,
It is better if you cook it, and then freeze it. If it is properly sealed, with as little air as possible, it should stay fresh for about a month or so. The sooner you eat it, the better.
Don't worry, in my house, the lasagna does not stay around that long
And thank you for the compliments!
