Cassatelle, who know them ?

The cassatelle, "cassateddi" in Sicilian are typical sweets of Trapani, on Sicily in general, changing only the name.

In Marsala, for example, they are called "cappidduzzi" (caps). Although the term cassatelle, immediately comes to mind the Sicilian Cassata, i must point out that are totally different and have only in common - and not always - the ricotta cheese.

I know other cakes made with "Ricotta" but not this one, perhaps i should try to do them
